There is a saying in China, “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man”, which comes from a Mao Zedong poem. Over the years, over 300 world celebrities have been to the Great Wall and showed their admiration for this world wonder, including national leaders and sports stars. In the last summer vacation, the French midfielder took the dab to China. To double the fun, Paul Pogba channelled the fastest man on the planet in a foot race along the Great Wall of China.

The United midfielder tagged Bolt’s username in a video posted to his Twitter and Instagram accounts showing him doing his best imitation of the Olympic sprinting legend on the track.

Former President of the United States first visited the Great Wall in November 2009, along with John Huntsman, the US Ambassador to China and a host of others. At the final stop of an eight-day goodwill trip, Obama stated: “It’s magical. It reminds of you of the sweep of history and our time here on earth is not that long. We better make the most of it.
Many other past American presidents have visited the Great Wall such as Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and George H. Bush.

The greatest football player of Argentina visited the Badaling Great Wall on November 22, 2003. On his first visit to China, he passed on the Great Wall, skipped meetings to play golf and turned down interviews so he could eat chicken and watch football in his hotel suite.
