3. Kylian Mbappe- €186.5 Million

Paris Saint-Germain will pay €145 million plus €35 million to sign Kylian Mbappe permanently from AS Monaco. The Paris side signed the 19-year-old on a season loan deal last summer but a clause was added to requiring them to sign him on a permanent basis this summer. CIES Football Observatory values him at €186.5 million which is €6.5 million more than what PSG agreed to pay for him. In 2016/17 season he guided the Monte Carlo side to Ligue 1 success and Champions League semi-final with 26 goals in all competitions. In his debut season in Paris, he netted 21 times in 44 matches.

2.Neymar- €195.7 Million

Paris Saint-Germain will not agree with €195.7 million valuations of their most prized asset by CIES Football Observatory. The Ligue 1 side paid €222 million to sign the Brazilian from Barcelona last summer. The 26-year-old had a great debut season at Parc des Princes scoring 28 goals in 30 matches before he suffered a season-ending injury. Harry Kane is now ahead of him in overall value at €201 million.

1. Harry Kane- €201 Million

Harry Kane has overtaken Neymar to become the most expensive footballer by transfer value according to CIES Football Observatory. The research body has been publishing player values every year in the last few years. Tottenham Hotspurs star is currently the most consistent player under the age of 25 years. In the last four seasons, the English forward has netted 135 goals. In 2017/18 season, he scored 41 goals in all competitions to help his side finish third in the Premier League table. He has been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United.

NOTE: Cristiano Ronaldo is ranked 24th on the list with a transfer value of €103.4 Million. The 33-year-old scored 44 goals (15 in UCL) to help Real Madrid lift UEFA Champions League.
