Borussia Dortmund head coach Lucien Favre has jokingly admitted that he is planning to make a move for Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe and Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard.
Favre who replaced Peter Stoger on 22 May this year and has since signed Axel Witsel, Achraf Hakimi, Thomas Delaney and Abdou Diallo.
Asked who he would add if funds were unlimited for him, the former Nice boss told by Sport Bild: “Kylian Mbappe and Eden Hazard.” But he immediately added: “This is just for fun!”
“Mbappe is unbelievable. He is 19 yet so mature and so clever. He makes the difference with his intelligence, playing for the team, and is fast.”
“And if Hazard has the ball – ooh la la – he is so strong. It’s a pleasure to watch him.”
The BVB will start their 2018-19 Bundesliga season against RB Leipzig on Sunday evening at Westfalenstadion.
