On December 9th, 2012, former Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao scored 5 goals in a game against Deportivo La Coruna in La Liga. The game ended 6-0. The Colombian later joined AS Monaco, Manchester United, Chelsea before heading back to Ligue 1.

On November 27th, 2010, former Tottenham and Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov netted five goals in a 7-1 win against Blackburn Rovers. The Bulgarian had a mixed career at Old Trafford but there is no doubt he scored great goals for the Red Devils.
