Former NBA player, Magic Johnson, is one of the most famous investors in teams. Magic owns baseball, soccer and basketball teams. He became part-owner of the floundering Los Angeles Dodgers (Baseball team) in 2012. He and a group of investors ponied up a cool, record-breaking $2 billion.
