Juventus and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed that nutrition, rest and hard work have been the secrets behind his success in his playing career.

“You want to know if I eat cakes,” Ronaldo joked after children submitted questions to Italian daily TuttoSport.
“I always try to have healthy food, it’s very important for me.!”
“I try to avoid alcohol and sweets even if sometimes I eat them to relax.”
