Manchester United fans will certainly never forget the year 2007/08 for various reasons. The most obvious one is the fact that it is the last time their club lifted UEFA Champions League crown. It is also the year their former star Cristiano Ronaldo lifted both European Golden Boot as well as Ballon d’Or award. He netted 31 goals to emerge top in Europe with 62 points. Michael Carrick was the last member of that team and he retired at the end of 2017/18 season.

Arsenal fans still hold 2003–04, 2004–05 dearly because of many reasons. First, 2003–04 is the year the London side went the entire season unbeaten in the league. The Gunners also won the League and FA Cup double. It is also the year their best player in history Thierry Henry lifted the coveted European Golden Boot. He emerged top in the continent with 30 goals to earn 60 points. The former French international did it again in 2004–05 with 25 goals. He shared the award with Diego Forlán of Villarreal who also netted the same goals.
