Frank Stapleton had a very successful spell with Arsenal between 1974 and 1981. He scored a total of 108 goals in 300 matches. However, he will treasure his time at Old Trafford more because despite only scoring 78 times in 288 appearances for the Red Devils, he won trophies. He won 2 FA Cups and 1 Community Shield.

Alexis Sanchez and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have both exchanged clubs in January 2018 in a swap deal that did not involve any transfer fee. When both side lock horns in the Premier League or any other competition, it doesn’t matter who plays, a chance against your former team is always very emotional.
2. Robin Van Persie
In recent years, players continue to make the dreaded walk across the bridge. In 2012, Robin Van Persie was bold enough to say enough is enough after almost 9 years with the Gunners with only FA Cup. He scored 132 goals in 277 appearances in the same period.
Van Persie ditched Emirates for Manchester United in search of success as he won the Premier League trophy in his first season at Old Trafford. He also lifted FA Community Shield in the following year. He netted 58 goals in 105 appearances for the Reds.
Andy Cole might not have any memories of his spell with Arsenal between 1989 and 1992. He played for them only twice scoring 0 goals. The former England striker has great memories about his time at Manchester United. He joined the Red Devils in 1995 and went on to win all trophies available in Club level.
Cole was in the famous team that lifted the treble in 1999. He scored 121 goals in 275 appearances. He lifted Uefa Champions League, 5 League titles, 2 FA Cups and 2 FA Community Shields.
