Arsenal odds-on for 2022/23 Premier League title

Arsenal sit firmly at the summit of the Premier League table with five points separating them from second-placed Manchester City who have played one match more.

This has already been a memorable season for Arsenal and while they could easily slip-up between now and the end of the season in the race for the Premier League title, they are all-but-assured a Champions League berth for next season.

The Gunners have enjoyed some excellent momentum this term and there’s little evidence to suggest that their consistency is going to drop any time soon. Mikel Arteta’s men – along with third-placed Newcastle United – have lost fewer league games (one) than any other side in the top-flight while they have won more (sixteen) than any other Premier League team.

At the time of writing, the Gunners are odds-on favourites to lift the Premier League trophy at the end of the 2022/23 campaign, most leading UK bookmakers going 4/6 that Arteta’s men finish top of the pile.

Elsewhere, defending champions Manchester City – who have struggled with inconsistency this term – are second in the market at a general 6/5 while Manchester United and Newcastle United complete the top four in the betting at odds of 50/1 and 80/1 respectively.

After finishing in second position at the end of last season, Liverpool will be struggling to even make it into the top four this term. Jurgen Klopp’s men have failed to win 11 of their 19 league games this season and languish in 9th place in the league table. The Reds are a general 375/1 shot to win this season’s Premier League title and just 2/1 to finish outside the top six.
