Pep Guardiola has signed big stars since he arrived at Manchester City more than 2 years ago. However, the local community will be impressed by his decision to promote 18-year-old Phil Foden. The youngster is a local boy and the fans love him. He played 10 matches last season to get that Premier League medal. This season he has already played five matches in all competitions. He deserves more time on the pitch for the fans to really see what he is made of.
3. Tom Davies- Everton
Tom Davies appreciation post. Been really good in recent weeks and was solid again against Fulham. Plenty of Evertonians unimpressed by him but forget how young he is. Give this a ❤️ if you're part of the Tom Davies fan club! https://t.co/CJ1fXXySDq pic.twitter.com/OynHivPHR5

Everton central midfielder Tom Davies is one of the most experienced nominees in Golden Boy awards this year. The 20-year-old is finding play time hard to find this season but he played 43 matches in all competitions in 2017/18 season. In 2016/17 season, he played 25 matches in total. He has no chance of winning it this year but he clearly deserves the shortlist.
