Premier League match-day 22 is almost done. Manchester City will finish the round with a home tie against Wolves. The newly-promoted side was the first team to get a point against Pep Guardiola side this season. The biggest game of the weekend went Manchester United way after a 1-0 win against Tottenham Hotspurs at Wembley. Arsenal was the biggest loser but Chelsea is still hanging on. Today, we want to recognize the five best players in the League last weekend.
5. Declan Rice- 1 Goal
West Ham United defeated Arsenal at Olympic Stadium to pile more pressure on Unai Emery. The Gunners boss is struggling to explain how his two defensive signings have failed so bad this season. The team is struggling to keep the back tight despite scoring a lot of goals. They also find themselves level with Manchester United in the top four race. The gap was 11 points a few weeks ago before Ole Gunnar Solskjær took over. The crucial goal for the Hammers was netted by youngster Declan Rice.

Chelsea finally scored a couple of goals to beat Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. The opener was netted by Pedro after another beautiful pass from David Luiz. Willian silenced his critics with a fine strike to get his side back in the driving seat after the visitors equalized. It was a nervy end for Mauricio Sarri but his side held on for three vital points.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjær has decided to trust the academy graduates and it is working. The caretaker boss has decided to start with Marcus Rashford ahead of Romelu Lukaku since he took over and the English forward is repaying his trust. He netted his fourth goal in five matches in a spectacular fashion to put his side ahead against Tottenham Hotspurs at Wembley.
The England manager will be delighted to see this because this means Harry Kane will have a fierce challenger. The young attacker came through the academy at Old Trafford, same as Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard.
