Premier League drama continued last weekend with three derbies. Two London derbies were won by Chelsea and Arsenal. The Merseyside one did not spark until the final minute of injury time when Divock Origi scored the winner from nowhere. The gap between the top two remain the same but Manchester United struggles got even worse. Today, we want to recognize and celebrate the five best players last weekend.
5. Lucas Torreira- 1 goal

Arsenal weakest position during Arsene Wenger final years was the number six role. It was hard for the team to stop attacks and recover the ball especially when the opponents are driving towards their back four. This problem is not there anymore because Unai Emery signed little known Lucas Torreira to do the Kante job.
The Uruguay midfielder did a fantastic job on Sunday against Tottenham. He neutralized Dele Alli to shut down any service to Harry Kane. As a result, his team could keep the two silent for ninety minutes. To make it even sweeter, he scored a wonderful goal to make the performance even memorable. The Gunners fans love him already, Mesut Ozil might not get his place back.
4. Divock Origi- 1 Goal

Merseyside derby was heading for a 0-0 draw until the 96th minute when Liverpool substitute Divock Origi capitalized on an error by Everton keeper Jordan Pickford to score the winner. It was a shocking mistake by the English goalie because he could’ve punched the ball out to concede a corner. Instead, he tried to be clever and the result was a catastrophic mistake. The victory means Jurgen Klopp side remain 2 points behind leaders Manchester City.
3. Javier Hernandez- 2 Goals

Manchester United struggles continued this weekend against Southampton. The Red Devils found themselves 2-0 down in 20 minutes against the Saints. Jose Mourinho once again needed a miracle and Marcus Rashford provided it. The English youngster provided two assists for Ander Herrera and Romelu Lukaku to score two goals to equalize. The game remained 2-2 in the second half which means the two sides shared the points.
1.Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang- 2 Goals
Arsenal fans will have the bragging rights in North London for few more days after the fantastic result against Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday. The Gunners came from 2-1 down to win 4-2.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was the star of the show with two goals in each half. He stepped up to take a penalty in the first half and then fired the equalizer few minutes after the break. Other goals were scored by Alexandre Lacazette and Lucas Torreira. Spurs goals were netted by Eric Dier and Harry Kane.
