On 18th 10 2017, Mile Svilar of Benfica broke Casillas record. He became the youngest ever goalkeeper to play in the Champions League. The Belgian was only 18 years and 52 days old. The debut ended in tears after he made a costly mistake to hand Manchester United a crucial goal.
The solitary Marcus Rashford strike decided the match and the young man could not believe it. He will have many great nights on goal in future but that did not go down well. The good news is that he broke Iker Casillas record.
