Premier League returns this week end; table leaders Liverpool are hosting Crystal Palace and runners up Man City will visit Huddersfield town. The reds still have 4 points clear to the top of the table. Will they keep the gap unchanged or City will lost to make it 7 points? As we wait for kick – offs, let’s look at four goalies holding clean sheets records in four major Europe leagues.

Bundesliga clean sheets record belongs to the legendary Oliver Kahn. The dominant goalkeeper kept a total of 196 clean sheets in 557 matches he played for Bayern Munich. The record will not last for long because Manuel Neuer is chasing down that record and at 31, there is no doubt he will break it soon.
3. Premier League- Petr Cech (202 clean sheets)

Arsenal keeper Petr Cech holds Premier League clean sheets record with 202 in 443 appearances. He is in a league of his own because there is no other active goalkeeper in top 10. This means he will hold this record for many years to come. The Czech international managed to keep most of his clean sheets during his time at Chelsea (162).
