2. Ederson- €100.1M (Man City)
Manchester City managed to cut the gap between them and Liverpool to only 4 points after defeating them 2-1 last week. However, Ederson did not get a dream clean sheet against the Premier League leaders. Roberto Firmino netted in the second half to level the score. However, the Brazilian will be happy with 8 he has got so far. He is ranked fourth on the log behind Alisson, Kepa and Hugo Lloris. CIES values the 25-year-old at €100.1m
1. Allison Becker- €106M (Liverpool)

Premier League leaders Liverpool are benefiting from a tighter backline and a meaner goalkeeper Alisson Becker. The Brazilian joined the Reds from AS Roma last summer. Jurgen Klopp needed safer hands after Karius disaster in 2017/18 UEFA Champions League final. The Brazilian has done very well so far with 12 clean sheets in the League alone. CIES valuation puts the 26-year-old on top of this list with a value of €106m.
Most expensive big-5 goalkeepers from a transfer value standpoint according to @CIES_Football algorithm: two Brazilians at the top! 🇧🇷 @Alissonbecker ahead of @edersonmoraes93! More at https://t.co/9VLKO2ncK8 #alisson #ederson #terstegen #kepa #courtois pic.twitter.com/OunPOK81dp

NOTE: Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea did not even make the top 10 in goalkeeper category. The Spaniard contract situation, poor form and age are some of the reasons why his value has decreased. CIES did not include him in the complete general list of top 100 most valuable players in all positions. Sad.
