Premier League makes a return this weekend after two weeks of International football. On Saturday, Manchester United will host Crystal Palace at Old Trafford, League leaders Manchester City will be away against West Ham United, Liverpool will also travel to face Watford, and Bournemouth will host Arsenal. The weekend biggest game will feature Tottenham Hotspurs against Chelsea. Today, we want to look at five special legends who scored five goals in a single Premier League game.

5. Sergio Aguero- 5 Goals Vs. Newcastle (2015)

The most recent player to score five goals in a single match is Sergio Aguero. The Manchester City forward scored 5 goals in a 6-1 win against Newcastle United in front of their own fans at St. James Park.

The Argentine has already taken over the mantle in City records with 210 goals in 307 appearances in all competitions, 151 of them in Premier League. Since he arrived at Etihad, City has lifted 3 League titles, 3 League Cups and 2 Shields. He is now the club all-time best scorer.

4. Dimitar Berbatov- 5 Goals Vs. Blackburn (2010)

On Thursday 22 November, former Tottenham Hotspurs striker Jermain Defoe was celebrating once again because in the same date in 2009, he scored five goals against Wigan Athletics in a 9-1 in Premier League.
