6. Tottenham Hotspur: 2016-17

Tottenham Hotspur have managed an unbeaten run at White Hart Lane stadium in front of their fans in the 2016-17 season. The North London side reached this achievement for their first time since the formation of the Premier League in 1992.

This was the first season for the Spurs to finish above their London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League.

Tottenham managed to win their last 14 home league games and matched the record which was spread over 2 seasons.

Their previous unbeaten run at their home stadium was in the 1964-65 season.

5. Manchester City: 2011-12

Manchester City have managed to go unbeaten at their own stadium in the 2011-12 season. This was their first time to achieve this feat. And it was also the season when they won their first Premier League title in their history.

The Sky Blues won the title by beating Manchester United on goal difference. Indeed, this was the first season when the Premier League title was decided on goal difference.

4. Liverpool: 2008-09

Liverpool reached this achievement during the 2008-09 season. The Merseysiders went unbeaten at home in front of their fans. But they ended 2nd in the league with 4 points behind winners Manchester United.
