Real Madrid have rejected two £132m bids for attacking midfielder Marco Asensio, revealed player’s agent Horacio Gaggioli.
The 22-year-old, who joined the Los Blancos in 2014 from Mallorca, has scored 21 goals in 90 appearances for La Liga side in two seasons.
Asensio has been strongly linked with Premier League move, as Chelsea are believed to have a £132m rejected bid.
Therefore, according to Spaniard’s agent Gaggioli, an increased offer could still be made ahead of the 2018-19 season.
“Madrid have received two offers for Marco Asensio, up to €150m (£132m), but the club rejected them,” he told Cadena SER.
“He has an extraordinary future. You can imagine that they come from England because they can afford it without any problems. They could even raise it.”
Asensio, whose contract expires in 2023, has scored 11 goals and seven assists in all competitions this season.
