Neymar’s former Barcelona teammate Martin Montoya has revealed that the Brazilian attacker wants to quit Paris Saint-Germain for Camp Nou return.

Montoya started his football career in the youth system at La Masia before spending three years with Neymar in the senior team.

The Brazil international made shock decision to leave the Catalan side in the summer of 2017 for French side PSG.

However, ever since that move, reports did not stop to suggest that Neymar regrets his decision to leave the Blaugrana.

The Brazilian winger has been strongly linked with Real Madrid move as Cristiano Ronaldo replacement, who recently joined Juventus.

However, according to Brighton right-back Montoya, the 26-year-old would prefer the Camp Nou return.

“I don’t know, I think it is difficult to get done,” Montoya told Goal.

“Paris is also a great team and I don’t think they will let him to leave easily.”

“Paris paid a big amount of money for him and I don’t think Barcelona would pay the same price for him. I think Neymar wants to go back because he was really comfortable and adapted the three years he was at the club.”

“He had a great connection with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi, but I think it is very difficult for him to come back to Barca.”

Neymar has now helped Paris Saint-Germain to win four titles including Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue and Trophée des Champions.
