The agent of Robert Lewandowski Pini Zahavi has claimed that his client has informed Bayern Munich of his intention to leave the club this summer.
The 29-year-old has been strongly linked with away move since last summer, with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain were fighting for his signature.
Furthermore, Premier League duo Manchester United and Chelsea have also joined the race in recent days.
Lewandowski, whose contract at Allianz Arena will run until 2021, moved to Bayern in 2014 from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.
The Poland international striker has recently hired super-agent Pini Zahavi – who also represents Neymar’s profits.
Speaking to Sport Bild, Zahavi said: “Robert feels he needs a change and a new challenge in his career. The managers of Bayern know about it.”
