Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda has revealed that Real Madrid players have demanded the signing of Robert Lewandowski following Karim Benzema’s poor performance.
Lewandowski has been strongly linked with Real Madrid move from Bayern Munich since last summer.
Good news for the Nerazzurri fans 😍 According to the director of OK Diario the senators of the #RealMadrid dressing room would have explicitly asked for the signing of a great 9️⃣ that responds to the name of Robert #Lewandowski.⚽

With Cristiano Ronaldo left European champions for Juventus move, the Bernabeu side have since struggled in front of the goal.
Meanwhile, Madrid’s only striker Benzema is struggling and now could be the right time for the La Liga giants to look for an outstanding striker.
And according to journalist Inda, Real Madrid dressing room veterans are considering Lewandowski as a potential saviour.

Inda said: “The template says you have to sign a 9. Benzema has a problem. It is flat.”
“That’s why the hardcore of the locker room has asked for a striker that scores many goals.”
“The most veteran players have suggested the signing of Lewandowski.”
“The hardcore has asked Robert Lewandowski, a player who has been in the spotlight of Real Madrid in the last four or five seasons.”
“By some way, he scores more goals than Benzema usually every season and is the same age as Lewandowski.”
“In his day, Real Madrid signed Van Nistelrooy at 31 and he gave an exceptional performance.”
Meanwhile, remember in the summer, Lewandowski’s agent Cezary Kucharski insisted that the Poland international was never Real’s top transfer target.
