Chelsea all-time record goalscorer Frank Lampard was a specialist in spot-kicks. The Blues legend netted a total of 43 penalties out of 50. Premier League all-time record goalscorers Alan Shearer also leads the penalty charts. The former Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers star scored 56 penalties out of 67 he took in total. This is a wonderful accuracy if you compare it with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo percentages. He holds all-time League goal record with 260.
