Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has several special records at the club. The penalty record is just one of them. He took a total of 25 penalties and scored 23 of them. The Frenchman is the all-time best scorer in the history of the club with 228 goals in 376 appearances. He scored all types of goals an achievement that any other player will struggle to match.

Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier remains one of the most lethal penalty takers in Premier League history. The former attacking midfielder scored 25 out of 26 penalties he took. The goalkeeper who saved that one spot-kick deserves an accolade too. He netted a total of 209 goals in 541 matches in his career.

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard was a massive success during his time at Anfield. The former Reds Captain helped the club lift every trophy available in club level part from the elusive Premier League medal. The current Rangers manager scored great goals over the years. He was also a master from 12 yards. He netted a total of 32 penalties out of 41 he took. He retired in 2016 after a 2-year spell with LA Galaxy. He will now try to dethrone Celtic coached by his former boss Brendan Rogers.
