PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot is on the brink of joining Barcelona in the summer, with some newspaper in Spain claiming a deal is ‘almost done’.

Afterwards, his teammate Marquinhos also expressed his sadness at the prospect of losing the gifted midfielder.
He said: ‘It is a shame. What I will say is that he has been a friend of mine from the start. We have risen through the ranks together & grown up. He has made his decision & the club has too. There is nothing that we can do.’

Mundo Deportivo also insisted that a January sale would be a good decision as PSG try and earn some financial compensation for their loss with Juventus and Bayern also said to be keen.
