Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has made it clear that goalkeeper Keylor Navas will remain at the Santiago Bernabeu over the summer transfer window.

Therefore, the Los Blancos, who are having a poor campaign in La Liga, will reportedly revamp the squad at the end of this season.

According to reports, Zinedine Zidane’s side are in the market for a new goalkeeper with Manchester United’s David de Gea and Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois are all in being targeted.

However, Perez has dismissed all speculations insisting that the European champions will keep faith with Costa Rican star Navas.

While speaking with Navas at a fans event, Perez conceded: “We are proud to have you as our goalkeeper, whatever some people say. Work hard and, for sure, you will be with us for many more years.”

Roma goalkeeper Alisson is also the Bernabeu side’s radar as Navas’ replacement, who turned 31 in December last year.

Navas, who joined Madrid from Levante following the impressive performance in 2014 World Cup, has since made 136 appearances in all competitions.
