Paul Pogba has claimed that Manchester United flop Alexis Sanchez will come good at Old Trafford despite passing through a difficult period.

The 29-year- old has struggled to make an impact since arriving at the club in January as the former Arsenal has scored only three times.

The Chile international, who is costing United more than £500,000-a-week in wages, although, he joined the North West side on a swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

But Sanchez’s teammate Pogba believes the former Barcelona ace will come good and revive his football at Old Trafford.

“What you have to know about Alexis is that he is a hard worker,” Pogba said.

“He trains very well, he always tries to help the team, talks with the team and everything.”

“He will get used to it. When you play a long time with another team and you play different football in that other team, you have some kind of adaptation that you have to have.”

“It’s not that he is playing bad. We know that Alexis Sanchez can bring a lot and I’m sure he will. He keeps being positive, so that’s the good thing we have to think about.”
