Manchester United defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah has completed his loan move to London club Fulham on transfer deadline day.

The newly-promoted outfit have strongly pushed the transfer for the Netherlands international on Thursday.

The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Crystal Palace and has now joined their London rivals Fulham for the 2018-19 season.

β€œI have a good feeling about the club. It has a nice history, it’s a nice club. Fulham has a lot of good players, and it’s good for my development to be here,” Fosu-Mensah told the club’s official website.

β€œI spoke to the manager and he gave me a good feeling. I’m happy to be here and I want to keep progressing.”

Fosu-Mensah is the type of player who has the ability to play as a centre-back, right-back and defensive midfielder.

The Dutchman joined United youth system in 2014 from Ajax and was promoted to the senior team in February 2016.
