We all love a bad boy or at least in footballing terms. Players like Roy Keane, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Cristiano Ronaldo with an arrogance that helped them perform even better. However, some players had it all and threw it all away in search of fame. Down are some of the footballers who let their behaviors ruin their career.

When the winger signed for Arsenal, much was expected of him. However, many loan deals, arrests and even once claiming to be Ashley Cole when caught driving on the wrong side of the road, meant that he never had a chance at the Gunners.

He did manage to turn it around for a while, earning a move to Liverpool via Birmingham City. Then his attitude hit again and didn’t last long there either. Pennant has made over 300 appearances for 15 clubs and has scored 24 goals to date. He now out of contract.
3. Mario Balotelli
— Inspirational Movies (@inpirationalmvs) July 2, 2018
Once thought of as Italy’s next big thing, Balotelli got to work with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Christian Vieri and Samuel Eto’o whilst at Inter Milan. Balo also got to work with two great coaches in Roberto Mancini and Jose Mourinho; all to be wasted.

Mario might not have ruined his career just yet but he sure has ruined his reputation after a string of ridiculous stories circulated about the Italian.

The striker has frustrated fans at Inter Milan, AC Milan, Manchester City, and Liverpool. Letting off fireworks in his bathroom, claiming £5,000 is pocket change, and throwing darts at youth players are just some of the incidents that have followed him around.
Let us not talk about smoking in the public, slut parties, dating porn-stars, etc.
