Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has claimed that the Champions League final will not be a clash between him and Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Egypt international, who managed to score 10 goals in the competition, has insisted that Liverpool are not the one-man team.

On the other hand, Madrid superstar Ronaldo, who is currently the all-time Champions League top scorer, has bagged 15 goals.

“It is not going to be a final between Mohamed Salah and Cristiano Ronaldo, I am playing for a great club, and we have great players,” Salah said.

“Qualifying to the final came with great teamwork, that I cannot do it alone.”

Salah joined Liverpool last summer from Italian side Roma but is now the Premier League top scorer with 31 goals.

The Reds, who have five Champions League trophies, will take on the European champions on 26 May in Kiev.

Meanwhile, Madrid will be looking to win the 13th European trophy, which could be the third in a row.
