The Old Lady are believed to have reached a pre-contract agreement with Gunners midfielder Ramsey.
The Wales international’s contract at the Emirates is due to expire in the summer and the 28-year-old has refused to sign a new deal.
According to reports, Ramsey has agreed a five-year deal at Allianz Stadium worth around £140,000 a week.
And the Serie A champions are looking to add Spain international Isco in their engine room, with sporting director Fabio Paratici is said to be in contact with the player’s representatives.
However, Spanish journalist Guillem Balague has claimed that Isco doesn’t want to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.

“Isco is an interesting one because Isco doesn’t want to leave,” Balague told the GB Transfer Podcast.
“It’s as simple as that, he’s now waiting for Solari to go and see what the next manager thinks.”
“He didn’t have any intention to go and was not wanted by Manchester City when they were linked to him, under Pellegrini yes, but not under Pep Guardiola.”
Furthermore, last month Isco, 26, has insisted that he had no intention of leaving the Spanish capital.
“I’m really excited about the New Year,” the Spaniard said.
“I’m not going to leave in the transfer window.”
“I am really happy. Of course, I want to continue at Madrid to keep winning titles.”
