Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain has hinted at his ambition to join Chelsea after claiming that he would love to play in the Premier League.
The 30-year-old has been strongly linked with Chelsea move and reports have recently claimed that Juventus have offered the Argentine to the Blues.
Reports added that both sides would make an exchange deal which could involve Blues striker Alvaro Morata.
Morata has moved to the Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2017 but the Spaniard has failed to make his mark under manager Antonio Conte.
According to reports, the West London side are looking to sign a new striker with Morata reportedly willing to return to Italian Football League.
Higuain, who joined the Allianz Stadium in 2016 from Napoli, has three years remaining on his contract with the Old Lady.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are reportedly in the market for a new striker after Morata’s disappointing debut campaign and Higuain has suggested he would welcome a switch to Stamford Bridge.
When asked about his future by ESPN, Higuain replied: “I have a contract with Juventus and no one has communicated anything different.”
“I’m very calm, my soul stays in Turin for now. But I would love to play in the Premier League, it fascinates me a lot.”
Huguain, who has also been at Real Madrid for seven seasons, has scored 23 goals in 50 appearances for the Serie A side this season.
