Liverpool goal record holder is Ian Rush. He played for the Reds between 1980 and 1987, and then he returned to the club in 1988 after a one year spell at Juventus. He left Anfield for the final time in 1996 having scored 346 goals in 660 appearances for the club. It is difficult to see any other player breaking that record any time soon. He was among the last players to lift the League title in 1990, he also won FA Cup, League Cup, and UEFA Champions League. Mohamed Salah will need to score 30 plus goals every season until his retirement to break Rush record.
