Football is a game of respect and everyone should prioritise good sportsmanship before anything else. That is generally the motto of the sport which every footballer should proudly uphold. It was a headbutt no football fan will ever forget. In the 2006 World Cup Final, France’s best player Zinedine Zidane was shown a red card after headbutting Italian midfielder Marco Materazzi in the chest. It was a moment France will never forget, and Italy wound up winning the match in penalty kicks.

While Suarez has been one of the best players in the world during his career, he has also been the sport’s biggest villain. Inexplicably, during the 2014 World Cup, Luis Suarez bit Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini in one of the most shocking incidents; making it his third confirmed biting incident.

Pepe is the sort of player managers love to have in their side but hate coming up against. Pepe is everything that is wrong with the game rolled up into one angry Portuguese defender, but it has made him a serial winner.
The 35-year-old’s hall of shame includes kicking, stamping, punching, headbutting, referee harassing, diving, swearing, allegations of racism and spitting.
