5. Clarence Seedorf- 21.06 seconds (2005)

AC Milan in 2005 was a force to reckon with in Europe. On the day, Clarence Seedorf got more room than he expected against Schalke 04. He decided to shoot and to his surprise, it went all the way to the net. It was only 21.06 seconds after kick off. The German side recovered to draw the game 2-2.

4. Del Piero- 20.12 seconds (1997)

In 1997, Juventus shocked Old Trafford faithful with a 20.12 seconds goal. Manchester United recovered to win the match 3-2 at the end. Sir Alex Ferguson must have been very shocked by the goal. Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva has a special record in Uefa Champions League. The former Gunners defender scored the 3rd fastest ever goal after only 20.07 seconds against Dutch side PSV in 25th in September 2002.

The London side is yet to win the coveted European trophy. They came close in 2006 but Barcelona could not let it slip through their fingers. Ronaldinho inspired the Catalans to lift their second European Cup. They have been eliminated in the last 16 and quarterfinals ever since.
