Manchester United might be one of the top clubs in the world that pay astronomical wages to their players.

United have broken transfer record several times with the latest world record was the signing of Paul Pogba from Juventus in 2016.

Apart from transfers, the Red Devils also offer players massive contracts in terms of wages, as they have a top earning player in the Premier League.

Alexis Sanchez, who joined the club in January from Arsenal, is earning £350,000-a-week, while Paul Pogba earns £290,000-a-week.

However, the Old Trafford side have also a few best players that are being underpaid. Now, let’s take a look at 5 best players who deserve to be paid better at United.

5. Antonio Valencia – £100,000-a-week

Antonio Valencia is certainly one of the best right-backs in the Premier League so far and one the few Fergie era players still left at Manchester United.

The Ecuadorian joined the Red Devils in 2009 from Wigan Athletic to replace Cristiano Ronaldo who moved to Real Madrid.

The 32-year-old didn’t reach the superstar’s level at Old Trafford, but he has excelled at the right-back position.

The fact that the full-back is earning less than English winger Ashley Young, it is really ridiculous.

4. Eric Bailly – £75,000-a-week

Bailly moved to Old Trafford during the summer transfer of 2016 after Jose Mourinho took over from Louis van Gaal.

Since he joined United, the 23-year-old has revealed how much is good, with his strength, pace, tackling and bravery against opponents strikers.

The Ivory Coast international has been hailed to fill the void left by Serbian defender Nemanja Vidic at Manchester United.

With only £75,000-a-week is currently earning, it is absolutely disgraceful.
