Manchester United legend Gary Neville is one of Sir Alex Ferguson’s Class of 92. The Englishman has only played for the Red Devils during his career.

Neville, who is currently a pundit at Sky Sports TV, has made 602 appearances for the Old Trafford side across all competitions.

The Englishman has always given his all in a United shirt and he really had a passion for the club.

The former England international was more of an attacking full-back, forming a great partnership with David Beckham.

The former United captain helped the club to win 8 Premier League titles and two UEFA Champions League trophies during his spell at Old Trafford.

4. Antonio Valencia – Right-back [2009-present]

Legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson signed Antonio Valencia in 2009 from Wigan Athletic with the intention to replace Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, since then, the Ecuadorian has the ability to play either as right-winger or right-back.

Valencia was used by Ferguson as a right-winger. But since 2013 when the Scott retired, the Ecuador international was deployed to the right-back.

The 32-year-old has established himself as one of the best right-backs in the Premier League over last four years.

3. Patrice Evra – Left-back [2006-2014]

Ferguson signed Patrice Evra back in January 2006 from Monaco but his eight-and-a-half-year spell at Old Trafford has been successful.

The Frenchman has always provided an attacking outlet with regular assists for the Red Devils despite being a defender.

Evra, who was a fans’ favourite at Old Trafford, has eventually left the club in the summer of 2014 as a genuine legend.
