Chelsea midfielder Willian has claimed that he would like to work with his former manager Jose Mourinho again in the future.
The Brazil international has insisted that the Manchester United manager is the best manager he has worked with in his career.
The midfielder, who is turning 30 on 9 August, has been strongly linked with the Old Trafford move since last summer.
Willian was signed by Mourinho in 2013 from Anzhi Makhachkala during the Portuguese’s second spell at the West London side.
“Mourinho is the best manager I’ve ever worked with. We have a good relationship, we are friends,” Willian told ESPN Brazil.
“Sometimes we talk, we text, we send messages to each other via WhatsApp. He is a great manager, I really enjoyed working with him. I hope I can work with him again someday.”
Meanwhile, Barcelona have recently joined United in the race to sign the former Shakhtar Donetsk winger.
Willian helped the Blues to win four trophies including two Premier League titles in a period of six seasons at Stamford Bridge.
