The 26-year-old has only joined the French champions last summer from Barcelona on the transfer world record.

Asked about the potential move to the Santiago Bernabeu for Neymar this summer, and their partnership, Ronaldo smiled and replied: “There is always talk about players here…”

“I’ve been here for eight years now and there is always talk about 50 players who are going to come, and in the end none of them do. The best players are at Real Madrid: Bale, Benzema, Asensio… They are all here.”

Neymar managed 28 goals and 16 assists in 30 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain this season.
