Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has admitted that Turin is his home with the Frenchman is currently linked with Juventus return.
Pogba left Juventus to re-join United in the summer of 2016 but has since struggled to make his mark at Old Trafford.
The France international has fallen out with United manager following criticism over his performance. And the 25-year-old’s future at Old Trafford has since become uncertain.
The World Cup winner has been strongly linked with Barcelona and Juventus move but the midfielder has hinted that the Italian champions are the favourite.
“I expected it, it was mad (being drawn with Juventus),” Pogba told RMC. “I’d spoken about it with my brother last summer. I said to him: ‘Imagine we’re in the same group as Juve’. For me, it’s a pleasure. Turin is my home – that’s where I scored my first professional goal.”
“Cuadrado, Dybala, Bonucci … I still have news, we speak from time to time. We were a family, so we stay in touch, of course.”
Pogba has scored five times and registered four assists in 13 appearances for Jose Mourinho side so far this season.
Juventus and Man United will lock horns on Wednesday night in their Champions League showdown at Allianz Stadium.
And Pogba, who won four Serie A titles with the Old Lady, will be returning to his former side playing against his former teammates.
