Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has reportedly agreed to join La Liga champions Barcelona this summer.
The 27-year-old, whose current deal at Stamford Bridge is due to expire in 2020, is yet to pen a new long-term contract with the West London side.
The Belgium international has been strongly linked with Real Madrid move since last summer and Los Blancos are still interested in his service.
However, Transfermarketweb suggests that Hazard has agreed to a move to Barcelona and the Camp Nou side are prepared to spend £80m for the forward.
Hazard has recently claimed that he would consider a move away if the Stamford Bridge side fail to resolve their managerial problem this summer.
Hazard, who is currently at the World Cup with Belgium, is expected to start in the third-place playoff against England on Saturday.
The former Lille star joined Chelsea in the summer of 2012 and has since managed to score 89 times in 300 appearances across all competitions.
