Bayern Munich versatile player Joshua Kimmich has revealed Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is more complete player than Lionel Messi.

The Germany international has claimed that he will have a big task to stop the most complete player in the world on Wednesday evening.

The Bavarians will take on Madrid side at Allianz Arena in their first leg of the Champions League semi-final.

“When it comes to goal quotas, Ronaldo is in the lead,” Kimmich told Bild. “Especially with regards to the goals in the Champions League. Messi is a completely different type of player. Ronaldo is perhaps more complete in terms of skills themselves.”

“Messi is more a dribbler, Ronaldo the final player. I cannot say this one or that one [is better]. I am glad that I am allowed to witness both. Such a player as Ronaldo, you can only turn off as a whole team anyway. He is a goal machine, which has an insane goal quota. We have to make sure that he cannot continue his run.”

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who managed to score 15 goals in the Champions League this season, is the all-time top scorer it the competition.
