Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has sent a message to his Blues family through Instagram after completing his season-long loan move to AC Milan.

The France international signed a five-year deal with Chelsea in the summer of 2017 following his £40m move from Monaco.

The 23-year-old has struggled in his debut season at Stamford Bridge under manager Antonio Conte. And with the arrival of new manager Maurizio Sarri, Bakayoko was handed a chance to resurrect his career through a temporary move to AC Milan.

The Frenchman has signed a loan deal at San Siro stadium with the option to make it permanent at the end of the season.

However, Bakayoko considers his long-term career in the Premier League at the West London side.

“Wishing my Chelsea family the best this season! #TILWEMEETAGAIN,” the former Monaco man told his followers on Instagram.

The midfielder also took time to praise the Italian giants for showing belief in him.

“AC Milan, thank you for believing in me and for all the support,” Bakayoko wrote in a separate post.
