Barcelona legendary midfielder Andres Iniesta has left the Catalan side at the end of the 2017-18 season. The 34-year-old made his debut in 2002 as a graduate of the famous football academy La Masia. The Spaniard has won 32 trophies during his time at Camp Nou. This includes 9 La Liga crowns and 4 UEFA Champions League titles among others. 5. Frank Lampard- Chelsea

Frank Lampard is the all-time best Chelsea goal scorer. He represented the Blues for 13 years winning 3 Premier League titles, 4 FA Cup titles, 2 League Cups, 1 Champions League and 1 Europa League crown. He scored 211 goals in 648 appearances for the Club. The former midfielder is regarded by many as one of the greatest player in the club history and among the best midfielders of his generation.

“This is my last season here,” Iniesta said.

“I have thought my decision through for a long time.

“For me, Barca is the best club in the world – this club has given me everything.

“It’s a very difficult day for me, to be here saying goodbye when I’ve spent my whole life here at Barcelona.

“A great deal of who I am is down to Barça and La Masia – I am very thankful to them.

“To all Cules [Barcelona fans], who have seen me grown as a player, and accompanied me in the good and bad times, thank you.”

“I’d like to be remembered as a good footballer and a good person because when our football days are over, that’s all we are – people.”
