The All-Star weekend is now one month away but it’s in the news as the complete rosters and the reserves were made official this past Tuesday. Before this season starts, the Players’ Union and the NBA came to an agreement on the All-Star format needing change. Now the player with the most votes in each conference becomes the captain of the two All-Star teams.
LeBron James and Stephen Curry are the 2 opposing captains as they finished high in votes. There will be no more restrictions on East or West. Just the 24 best players going against each other. Since James has the most votes, he will choose the first player from the starters pool and Curry will choose the first player in the reserves pool. Anyways, who would they have to choose:
Remember, LeBron will be the first to pick! He has to separate the two Golden State Warriors’ players from each other by picking the reigning Finals MVP, Kevin Durant. Curry has to pick a scoring machine to match up against the firepower of LeBron and KD. And nobody does that better than the Beard himself, James Harden.
