2. Eden Hazard says ‘NEVER’ in response to Chelsea transfer rumors
The Sun recently linked Hazard with a stunning move to Manchester United. Diario Gol stated just this week that he’d stalled contract talks with Chelsea as he hoped to listen to an offer from Real Madrid. But When asked by the Mirror about signing a new contract, he said: “Yes. I think Thibaut (Courtois) first. Then I will sign.”
According to the Daily Mirror, Hazard said he’ll sign a new contract at Stamford Bridge, in a big boost for the Blues amid recent transfer speculation. Chelsea fans need not worry, however, with Hazard brushing off any transfer talk in this video below by assuring a fan he’ll ‘never’ leave the club, while it also seems a new deal is finally on the horizon.

1. Chelsea’s £1billion stadium plans blocked by one family
Chelsea’s £1billion stadium redevelopment plan thrown into disarray by complaints it will overshadow a cottage. A family has blocked Chelsea’s stadium plans because they say it will block out their light.
Nicholas and Lucinda Crosthwaite have lived in a cottage next to Stamford Bridge for 50 years. They took out an injunction in May saying the 60,000-seater stadium will cast a permanent shadow over their home.
Chelsea FC, owned by billionaire Roman Abramovich, reportedly offered them a six-figure sum to waive their claim but they turned it down. The Mayor of London had signed off the plans. A consultation of 13,000 residents earned 97.5 percent support, and Chelsea have compensated other homeowners.
