Top 5 Transfer News – REVEALED: Argentina Striker To Undergo Real Madrid Medical On December 26

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane makes contact with Chelsea star; while Manchester City ready for big Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez bid. Arsenal trio sign new contracts; while AC Milan considering a move for Gunners striker.

5. Arsenal trio sign new contracts

Arsenal have announced that three of the club’s prospects have signed new contracts with the club.

Matt Macey, Ben Sheaf and Eddie Nketiah have all featured in cup competitions this season. Manager Arsene Wenger has opted to reward the trio with new deals, although the length of the contracts have not been disclosed.

After making starts against Norwich City and Red Star Belgrade this season, goalkeeper Macey has been given the chance to extend his stay in North London.

Sheaf, 19, has made just one first-team outing, with his debut coming off the bench at Red Star in October.

Teenage striker Nketiah has made four substitute appearances this season, with the 18-year-old making an immediate impression by scoring two goals in the EFL Cup.

Last month, Arsenal handed a long-term deal to fellow youngster Joe Willock, who has also featured in the first team this season.

4. AC Milan considering move for Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud

AC Milan are tempted to turn to Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud to bolster their attacking ranks, according to a report.

The 31-year-old has been advised by France assistant manager Guy Stephan to quit the Emirates Stadium and search for more regular playing time elsewhere.

Giroud is understood to be open to a move away from North London to keep his World Cup dream alive.

The France international striker rejected a £30m switch to Everton during the summer.

Italian outlet Newsmondo suggests that Milan are prepared to roll the dice again by luring Giroud to San Siro.

The Rossoneri are currently down in eighth place in the Serie A standings despite a huge summer outlay.
