Top 5 Transfer News – Eden Hazard Admits To Real Madrid Dream

Manchester United and Chelsea to fight for Roma midfielder; while Sergio Ramos urges Neymar to join Real Madrid in the future. Barcelona star linked with Premier League return; while PSG offer midfielder to Chelsea ahead of January window.

5. Barcelona star Mascherano linked with Premier League return

Liverpool have reportedly tabled an offer for the services of former defender Javier Mascherano. This is already seven years after he left the club for Barcelona.

The 33-year-old is out of contract at Camp Nou in 2019. But the Argentine has been tipped to move on to pastures new as soon as next summer.

Mascherano himself has recently admitted that he is analysing his situation.

According to a report in Diario Gol, the Argentine already has three offers on the table, including one from the Reds.

The defensive-midfielder made almost 100 Premier League appearances between 2007 and 2010 at Anfield.

Liverpool are allegedly joined in their pursuit of Mascherano by big-spending Paris Saint-Germain and Serie A champions Juventus.

4. PSG offer Lucas Moura to Chelsea ahead of January window

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly informed Chelsea that Lucas Moura is available for transfer in January.

The French giants are believed to be willing to let go of a handful of players in order to balance the books following the £200m acquisition of Neymar from Barcelona in the summer.

According to Le10 Sport, PSG have made contact with the reigning Premier League champions regarding the possible sale of Moura.

So far this season, Moura has made 10 appearances in all competitions. But none of those have included starts in Ligue 1.

The 25-year-old Brazilian has been at Parc des Princes since his 2013 move from Sao Paulo.

3. Door is open for Neymar at Real Madrid – Sergio Ramos

Real Madrid skipper Sergio Ramos has declared that the door is open for Neymar to join Bernabeu from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Brazilian striker became the most expensive player in history over the summer when he completed a £200m move to the French capital following a four-year stint at Barcelona.

However, the 25-year-old is already said to be regretting the move. Shock recent reports have suggested that Neymar could be targeted by Madrid as a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

“I like to have the best and it’s clear Neymar is one of them,” Ramos told Cadena Ser when asked about the links.

“Maybe it was easier for him to go to PSG, instead of directly to Real Madrid. They are personal decisions, you never know what can happen because football goes around a lot.”

“I already have the door open for him if he wants to come. I also have a good relationship with him.”

2. Manchester United and Chelsea to fight for Roma midfielder

Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini has emerged as a possible transfer target for both Manchester United and Chelsea.

During the summer, Pellegrini returned to the Stadio Olimpico after spending a two-year spell with Sassuolo.

According to Tutto Mercato, both United and Chelsea are interested in adding the player to their ranks in the near future.

As it stands, clubs can secure permission to talk to the central midfielder with a bid of €25m (£22.1m).

1. Eden Hazard admits to Real Madrid dream

Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has admitted that it would be ‘a dream’ to play under Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid.

The 26-year-old is a known target for the La Liga side and has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Spanish capital in recent transfer windows.

The Blues are believed to have offered Hazard weekly wages in the region of £300,000 in order to sign a new deal.

But reports in recent days have suggested that the Belgian’s representatives have discussed the possibility of him joining Los Blancos.

Speaking to Belgian media this week, Hazard revealed his admiration for Zidane, despite being contracted at Stamford Bridge until 2020.

“Zidane would be a dream to have as a coach, he was my idol when I was little,” he told RTL TVI. “I have a lot of respect for him.”

“And playing under Jose Mourinho [again] would not bother me.”
