5. Pepe urges Cristiano Ronaldo to join PSG
Pepe has called on Cristiano Ronaldo to join him at Paris Saint-Germain as the forward looks to quit Real Madrid, according to the El Transistor programme.
Ronaldo is currently with Pepe at the Confederations Cup with the Portugal squad, and the defender has been discussing the future with his club and international team-mate.
It is widely expected that Pepe will sign for PSG and he has urged Ronaldo, who is reportedly interested in a return to Manchester United, to follow him to the Parc des Princes.
4. Juventus enter race for Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin
Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has reportedly emerged as a possible replacement for Dani Alves at Juventus.
The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a switch to the Premier League; with Chelsea and Manchester City said to be keen on his signature.
Should he leave Turin, that would leave the Serie A champions needing to find a replacement; and according to Tuttosport, they are ready to move for Bellerin.
The right-back still has six years remaining on his existing deal at the Emirates Stadium; but that has not stopped reports associating him with a return to Barcelona, where he spent part of his youth career.
Bellerin made 42 appearances in all competitions during the most recent campaign.
3. Barcelona to buy back Deulofeu
Barcelona will reportedly activate their buyback clause to re-sign Gerard Deulofeu from Everton, after his Milan loan spell.
The Spanish international spent the second half of last season with the Rossoneri, who were keen to sign him permanently.
However, his performances in Serie A attracted the attention of Barça; who had retained a buyback option when they sold him to the Toffees.
Now the Telegraph including other newspapers are all reporting that Deulofeu will return to Camp Nou for €12m.
The Blaugrana cannot sell the winger immediately, so he will not be returning to San Siro this season if the deal goes through.
2. Bayern Munich join Kyle Walker race
Bayern Munich are ready to make a big challenge, by trying to sign Tottenham defender Kyle Walker ahead of Manchester City.
Right-back Walker has been linked with an exit due to a growing rift with Mauricio Pochettino.
Manchester City have been leading the race for the England right-back for much of the summer; but face additional competition from the Germans, with the defender keen to leave White Hart Lane.
According to The Sun the England’s transfer value is £45 million.
1. Arsenal ready for €30m Turan bid
Arsenal are preparing a €30 million offer to sign Arda Turan from Barcelona, according to reports in Turkey and Spain.
The 30-year-old has been told he is no longer wanted at the Catalan side, prompting Inter to make an approach.
However, the Gunners are closer to a deal, with the former Atletico Madrid star interested in the joining Arsene Wenger’s side.
